• Arrival off-season: flexible
• Check-in time: from 4:00 pm
• Check-out time: until 3:00 pm
• Long-term stays from 3 weeks: price on request

Optional services – Golf cart rental (April–October)

Use our golf cart to get around the spacious resort and to reach the beach.

• 3–6 days: €100

• 1 week: €150

• 2 weeks: €250

• 3 weeks: €350

You can select your desired rental period conveniently in the booking form.

Note

During the season (April to September), mandatory service charges are billed before arrival.
Outside the season, we only collect your data, including license plate number, for automatic barrier access – with no additional costs.

Payment & cancellation conditions

Payment:

20% deposit upon booking – balance due no later than 10 days before arrival

Cancellation:

We know travel plans can change. To give you clarity from the start, the following rules apply:

• Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge

• 29 to 10 days before arrival: 50% of the total price

• From 9 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total price

By completing your booking, you automatically accept these cancellation conditions.
The law of the country where the accommodation is located applies.
For consumers, the mandatory legal provisions of the country of their habitual residence also apply.
